1. Payments & Refund Policy
I understand that all payments (including deposits and balances) are non-refundable and non-transferable. I am holding a limited spot at a high-demand event and my registration is final. Once I purchase, there are no refunds or exchanges. If I chose a payment plan, I am responsible for all payments for the term I choose. This is not a membership or subscription. Payments will stop after all installments are complete.

2. Photo & Media Release
I grant permission to Amanda Scarborough to photograph, record and use my image and/or likeness (or my child's, if registering on their behalf) in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, website content and future marketing. I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or recorded during the Pitching Angel Experience, and I consent to these images and videos being used on social media and other promotional materials by Amanda Scarborough.

3. Liability Waiver
I release Amanda Scarborough from any and all liability as a result of any injuries which may occur during my participation in the event. I fully understand that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses which may be incurred as a result of any accident.

4. Copyright & Content Usage
I understand that all videos are copyrighted owned property of Amanda Scarborough. I agree not to record and/or resell these videos or the information within this program.

What age is this for?
Advanced PAE (Ages 12U+): Built for competitive pitchers who are already established at high levels and have clear goals for high school varsity and college softball. These athletes are ready for advanced mental training, recruiting preparation, and the tools needed to excel when stakes are highest.
What happens after payment?
After payment, you’ll be sent an email with more details, including schedule & travel information.

We will have a hotel with a group rate, more details to come after registration.

NOTE: If you choose the payment plan you are responsible for 50% today and 50% in 30 days. This is not a membership or subscription. Your payments will stop after all installments are complete.
